Thank your for inquiring about entertaining your guests with a Private Dining experience at The Oyster Bar on Chuckanut Drive. Specific arrangements may be made through Chef Justin Gordon or Proprietors Guy and Linda Colbert by calling (360) 766-6185 after 12 noon. We look forward to providing you and your guests with a memorable lunch or dinner event.
The
private dining area is adjacent to our Award Winning wine cellar and is located on the lower level. It seats up to 18 guests with an 180° view of the San Juans and a private deck.
Our
is upstairs and seats up to 50 guests with the same incredible 180° view as the Wine Cellar and features a stone fireplace. There is space for an hors d´oeuvres table with a standup reception or a dessert table allowing for a dessert "social" following dinner. There is normally a minimum requirement of 30 guests and we usually do not book the Main Dining Room for private dining on Fridays or Saturdays.

Shrimp and Crab Cakes, kiwi and mango chutneys, curried aioli
Northwest Mushrooms sauteed in an Olorosso sherry broth
Smoked Mussels, steamed with pistou and grape tomatoes
Oysters on the Half Shell, raw pickled ginger and jicama salsa are additional at $30 per baker?s dozen.
Soup of Roasted Lobster Bisque, crab crackers
Salad of Seasonal Greens dressed with a maple raspberry vinaigrette
