Our special OYSTER TASTING MENU is for you lovers of Oysters on the Half Shell. Every day we feature a great selection of raw oysters from different growing areas of the Pacific Northwest, Canada and other interesting locales. Recent examples are Kumamoto from our local Samish Bay; Nootka Sound on Vancouver Island; Snow Creek from Discovery Bay, Washington; Penn Cove Select from Whidbey Island, Washington and Kusshi from Cortes Island, British Columbia. We also offer two wines by the glass that are a great match for raw oysters; Muscadet from France and a Sauvignon Blanc from France.
MARCH is our annual EXOTIC FRESH FISH DERBY. Past winners have been Fresh Barramundi from Australia; Fresh Hawaiian Monchong; Fresh Blue Marlin; Fresh Sturgeon; Fresh Lobster and Fresh Hawaiian Blue Prawns.
