PINOT GRIS - PINOT GRIGIO
Pinot Gris - Oinot Grigio and Food
The variety enhances a vast spectrum of dishes. Unblended, lighter styled wines are most delicious
with Raw Oysters and our Shellfish creations. The more complex, oaked versions may serve as the perfect foil for rich-textured seafood. It has established a reputation amongst the cognoscenti to be an extremely good suitor to the Wild Pacific Salmon.
